Philosophy of Services
Nearly every high powered university counseling program in the world happens in isolation: a single school working to meet the needs of the students on its individual campus. For the most part, the power of these programs rests on the strengths of individual staff members. When a respected counselor leaves a school, they often take much of the strength of the program with them. Jack offer’s the opportunity to examine how University Advising Programs can be made both stronger and more sustainable through scale.
Most International Schools have existing and knowledgeable university advising structures, and I will assume these schools and their services will remain the flagship offerings. Given that I seek to advance services through improvements that are tried and tested – existent best practices for individual schools.
